While your Instagram feed (and all social media feeds for that matter) may be flooded with posts about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (guilty – you can catch mine here), it certainly isn’t the only sale in town.

Recently I popped into LOFT for the first time in basically forever and ended up snagging a couple of pieces that I LOVE. In fact, I was pretty surprised by how many cute things I saw. So many tops, dresses, and just plain lounge-y goodness that I’m loving for summer, and currently it’s ALL on sale. The entire site is 40% off, except for the sale section which is an additional 50% off already reduced prices, with code LOVEIT.

My gingham smocked tank above and the cutest striped top that I’m wearing below? Both on sale under $20 – no Nordy Club, sell-out stressing, midnight shopping required. Well, friends, it’s finally here – the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is about to be dunzo. It’s the final week of every blogger in the land telling you about this deal and that one, but more importantly, it’s your last week to grab those final goodies before prices go up.

Personally, I’ll admit that I hit the sale more than a handful of times. I started off with the clothing, shoes, and handbags of course, and last week I scooped up a few finds from the home section – check those out here.

This week I may or may not have gone back just one last time. (Haha, I crack myself up – I’ve still got a couple of days left to shop the sale.) But this time I focused solely on the activewear section because I’m back on the Pilates bus, and nothing motivates me more than new workout gear. (Well, new workout gear and tacos and margs – all very motivational.)

I walked away with some spankin’ new workout gear, and y’all, these leggings are amazing. (Also loving this cropped pair.) Also, if you buy one last thing from the sale, perhaps this pocketed wrap cardigan should be IT. It’s perfect for the post-workout errands once the weather cools (or those days when your workout gear never actually made it to the gym), and I’m thinking that it will be my new favorite for traveling. So so cozy for cold airplanes.

The Nordstrom Sale Is Finally Open to Everyone

If you’ve been seeing my posts about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and thinking, well damn, I just don’t have a Nordstrom card – today is your day, girlfriend. Rise and shine, friends, because it’s time to shop!

If you’re looking for my favorite pieces from the sale, all you have to do is scroll back over the last week or so. I’ve rounded up a few early faves, my home decor picks, and the best neutral booties in the sale. Plus, over on the ‘gram you’ll find more picks like this floral dress (found here), this velvet lovely (shop it here), and this comfy little number (find it here for $35).

Today’s look is pretty much packed with sale finds, and these jeans are probably my favorite find of all. They’re from one of my favorite denim brands, and when the pre-sale started, it was the first brand I searched in the sale. They’re super comfy with a great mid-rise, and I love the distressing on the knee. So good. Pair ’em with this lovely little lace top and the studded heels that you just have to get for an easy peasy Friday night look.

Shirtdress on Sale

Great news, y’all – my favorite shirtdress on sale in the #nsale is back in stock in ALL SIZES! (You gotta read that last part in your best Oprah voice. Just trust.) I’ve loved this pretty since I first laid eyes on it and actually included the striped version in my first post about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. And then it sold out super fast, and I was like, whaaaaaaat?! Sad face, bring it back, man! And Nordstrom heard my pathetic cries and got this little dress back on the rack, STAT. And just in time, guys, because the #nsale is over in just 4 short days. It’s the FINAL COUNTDOWNNNN! (I know, I know – you’re thinking – FINALLY!) But hey, if you wanna pay $25 more for the same dress, you be my guest, girl. All jokes aside, I really do enjoy this little frock. It runs a little big, so if you’re between sizes, order down. Or if you’re like me, order up and belt it. Double buckle belt, y’all! There’s nothing easier for fall than a shirtdress, and if you’re gonna get one, it may as well be a shirtdress on sale. Am I right?! Right on, friends. And while you’re at it, pair it with my favorite leather jacket in the sale that’s also back in stock. You win some, you lose some, and today, you’re just winning. While the shoes, clothing, and handbags of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale have definitely gotten me into a smidge of trouble lately, I’ll tell you another little category that really gets me shopping. Four simple words for you: home decor on sale. The home decorating task has certainly been a big one around here (and admittedly pretty much every wall is still bare), but shopping for home decor really has been so much fun. It’s a different kind of shopping because most of the time I have no idea what I’m even looking for, but then that perfect little something jumps out at me. From fun kitchen goodies (fondue, anyone?) to rugs, pillows and throws, it’s all on my list and all on sale right now at Nordstrom. So if you’ve packed your closet with new fall goodies then it’s time to move onto the rest of the house because it’s not everyday you find some of the best home decor on sale.

Leather Jacket on Sale

Of all the goodies available in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, my first order of business was finding a new leather jacket on sale for fall. A leather jacket is always my go-to for the cooler months because it is just so versatile. I always find myself living in a cozy leather jacket and can easily throw it on with jeans or over dresses. This Blank NYC version was the first to catch my eye (see my original sale post here), and after the green sold out so quickly, I decided that I should pull the trigger on the classic black. It’s currently only left in a couple of sizes, so if your size is there, don’t miss out! (Right now it’s a total steal at about $65, but after the sale, it’ll go up to around $100.) Happy Sunday, guys! I’m back from such a fun weekend of tent camping and country music in the desert, and today it’s been the best kind of couch potato Sunday. Laptop out, Nordstrom sale up. And y’all, they’ve restocked a TON of things. Shoes, bags, sweaters, so many great fall finds. So today I’m rounding up just a few more of my favorite picks from the Nordstrom sale, and the pickings are good. You know you’ll want those over-the-knee boots, scarves, and leather leggings once the temperatures drop, and there’s no better time than now to score amazing deals. A little Sunday shopping? nsale Little Black Dress

Hey, girl, hayyyy, today’s the day! I mean it’s Friday and all, but the real reason for celebration is that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale officially kicks off for everyone today, cardholder or not. Are you guys sick of hearing about the #nsale yet? Maybe you are, but I just can’t help myself. Y’all, it’s the only time you can stock up on NEW SEASON goodies for crazy good prices. This dress is definitely one of my favorite finds from the sale. It’s available in 10 (yes, 10) different colors and prints, and during the sale, it’ll cost you right around $30. Who doesn’t love a little black dress on sale? Hellooooo! It’s super cute unbelted (not a word, don’t care), but I couldn’t resist embracing the double buckle belt trend. Have you guys seen this trend everywhere? Because it’s every-damn-where, girl. And then the booties. Right now they’re under $100, and this fall I’m gonna be wearing these with everything I own. Dresses, jeans, leather shorts…Every last thing! And this gold handbag. It’s totally not part of the nsale (like that lingo?), but I’m beyond obsessed. It’s like jewelry in handbag form, and I’ll legit do anything to pile on a few more jewels. So the moral of this sort of long story is this. Sick of the Nsale or not, it’s worth taking a little look around. Because once the sale is over, I’d still want these booties (and definitely this dress), but paying full price after a sale is just no bueno. Feel me? Now Friday on, people.

Happy Sunday from Miami, friends! If you’ve been following along on Instagram and Snapchat, then you probably know that I’ve been hanging out at Miami Swim Week with the Kyboe! team this weekend. Miami has been a scorcher, but it couldn’t stop me from hitting up the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for all the new fall goodness. Have you guys shopped the sale yet? While I’m LOVING all of the boots, jackets, and scarves, I definitely wanted a few transitional pieces that I could start wearing now. (Because who can let new clothes sit around unworn? Kills me.) This dress is definitely one of my favorite finds of the sale. It’s lightweight and breezy for now but so easy to pair with a leather jacket and booties once fall rolls around. Plus, the slit makes that whole “Angelina leg” thing make so much sense – you just can’t resist.

The Best Denim Dresses

Well here’s some shocking news: I am NOT ready for the weekend to be over, and somehow, Monday rolled around anyway. So rude. This weekend my pestering paid off, and we headed to Palm Springs on Saturday. After a couple of days of pool time, a pretty sweet hammock nap, dinner at Ruben & Ozzy’s, and drinks at the Bootlegger Tiki, it’s back to the real world and back to the Pilates reformer. (That part can’t come soon enough.)

One thing that definitely made the desert trip with me this weekend: this denim dress. Although denim may not sound like the most lightweight material to take to 109 degree heat, I’m telling you, this dress is about as airy as they come. (I’ve got a thing for all denim dresses, really. Remember this one from last year? Still wearing the heck out of it.) The fit is nice and loose, and I love the roomy sleeves – they’re like built-in air conditioning.

This was probably my favorite purchase in the Nordstrom Anniversary sale, and it sold out FAST. Real fast. Currently it’s back in stock in a couple of sizes, and if your size is there, I can’t recommend this little shirtdress more. And if your size is still gone, then I’m rounding up a few more denim dresses below that are definitely worth checking out. (Because nothing breaks up the Monday blues like a little online shopping, right?)
